Waiting Well: A Call to Purity, Patience and Spiritual Growth

Waiting can be one of the hardest spiritual disciplines, especially for people seeking sexual purity, healing or freedom from habits that feel difficult to overcome. Psalm 27:14 encourages us to be strong, take heart and wait on the Lord. Waiting poorly can lead to bitterness, impatience and harmful shortcuts. Waiting well means choosing contentment, resisting sexual sin and allowing God to build character during seasons of unfulfilled desires. The waiting season is not wasted time. It is a period of preparation, growth and deeper faith. Rather than being defined by impatience, choose to honour God and trust His timing. I acknowledge that sex is sacred and designed by God for divine purposes. By His grace, I will honour its sanctity.
