Are You Waiting on God or Avoiding a Difficult Decision?

Pray, think carefully, ask questions, seek wise counsel and consider the consequences. The answer may already be clear, but accepting it may require courage. Do not confuse perseverance with unnecessary suffering. You will not always have complete certainty before acting, and clarity can sometimes come after you take the next responsible step. Before asking for another sign, examine your motives. Are you acting from wisdom and conviction, or from fear, pressure and people-pleasing? Sometimes the next step is not a dramatic miracle. It is a difficult but necessary decision.
