Married Woman Accuses Actress Irewole Olaniyan of Three-Year Affair With Her Husband
A woman identified as Mary Edris has accused Nollywood actress Irewole Olaniyan of having an affair with her husband for about three years. Mary alleged that she had privately confronted the actress, who reportedly said she did not know the man was married. She further claimed that her husband funded some of the actress's productions, trips and luxury expenses, including a trip to South Africa in September 2024. According to Mary, the relationship continued despite the earlier confrontation. Screenshots shared online show Irewole denying the allegation and saying she had ended any relationship with the man long ago. The claims remain allegations and have not been independently verified.
