Before calling women gold diggers, entitled or disrespectful, men should also ask whether their actions reward those behaviours. Some men use money and lavish spending as their main way of attracting women. Others keep chasing and giving attention even after being ignored or treated poorly. That can create the impression that such conduct brings more rewards. The point is not to excuse bad behaviour. It is to encourage men to set clear standards, walk away when necessary and stop reinforcing what they say they dislike.
