Port Harcourt Knights of St. John Attend 2026 International Convention in New Jersey
The Port Harcourt Grand Commandery of the Knights of St. John International is participating in the 83rd International and 57th Biennial Convention in Newark, New Jersey, United States. The week-long convention runs from August 2 to 9, 2026, alongside the 62nd International Convention of the Ladies Auxiliary. It is themed “Peace, Unity and Love” and brings together officers and delegates from different jurisdictions. The Port Harcourt delegation is led by Grand President Brig. Gen. P.M.C. Okeke. Participants will attend council sessions, leadership meetings, workshops, daily Masses, spiritual reflections, cultural exchanges and ceremonial processions. The Commandery said it expects the convention’s deliberations to strengthen members’ faith and commitment to service in the Catholic Church and society.
