Operations Lead Role in Lagos Offers ₦500,000 Monthly Net Pay
A Lagos-based company is hiring an Operations Lead to work closely with its managing director on daily operations, project coordination, client engagement and business development. Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and two to five years of experience in operations, project management, consulting or business development. Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, Excel and PowerPoint skills are required. The full-time role runs from 8am to 5pm, with remote work usually available on Fridays subject to business needs. Applicants must be based in Lagos, be aged 30 or below in 2026, and be willing to travel occasionally to Abuja. The position offers ₦500,000 monthly net pay, discretionary project bonuses and exposure to consulting and business projects. PMP, an MBA, and experience in procurement, logistics, energy, contracting, proposals or bidding are added advantages.
