Super Falcons Take 2-0 Lead Over Comoros in LA 2028 Olympic Qualifier
Nigeria’s Super Falcons defeated Comoros 2-0 in the first leg of their Los Angeles 2028 Olympic qualifying tie in Ikenne, Ogun State. After a goalless first half, Michelle Alozie opened the scoring from close range. Uchenna Kanu added the second goal with a header from a corner kick. Comoros played as the home side at the Remo Stars Stadium because they do not have a CAF-approved venue. The return leg will take place at the same stadium on 13 October, with the aggregate winner set to face Morocco or DR Congo in the next round.
