Trump’s Doctor Recommends Weight Loss and More Exercise After Annual Check-up
The White House released a memo following President Trump’s May physical. His physician noted excellent cardiac, pulmonary, neurological and overall fitness but offered preventive advice. At 6 ft 3 in tall, the president weighed 238 lb, up from 224 lb last April. The doctor recommended a low-dose aspirin, a healthier diet, increased physical activity and continued weight loss. A comprehensive neurological exam found normal mental status, intact nerves, strength and balance. ECG analysis estimated his heart age to be about 14 years younger than his actual age, and slight leg swelling showed improvement from last year.
