Real Madrid Reportedly Monitoring Arsenal Midfielder Martin Zubimendi

Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring Arsenal midfielder Martin Zubimendi, although Arsenal have no intention of selling him. The Spain international joined the Gunners from Real Sociedad in 2025 for more than £51 million after Arsenal beat off interest from Liverpool and Madrid. His contract at the Emirates runs until June 2030. However, the report says Real Madrid officials are divided over whether to pursue the 27-year-old. Mikel Arteta has described Zubimendi as a key player and remains keen to keep him in his squad.
