Capello Hails Amorim’s Impact on Chukwueze’s AC Milan Form

Fabio Capello has praised Samuel Chukwueze’s improved displays under AC Milan manager Ruben Amorim, describing the Super Eagles winger as a completely different player. Chukwueze reportedly scored once and provided two assists in a pre-season win over Manchester United. He then added an assist and earned Man of the Match recognition in AC Milan’s 2-1 Serie A opening win over Torino. Capello said Amorim’s tactical approach appears to have given Chukwueze greater freedom to influence matches with late runs, goals and assists. The Nigerian winger is being deployed as a dynamic right wing-back after a difficult spell that included a loan move to Fulham.
