Why Is There Less Public Debate Over Flooding in Anambra?
Flooding in Anambra deserves the same public attention and scrutiny as flooding in Lagos. I have noticed that many people quickly blame sand filling, coastal projects and political leaders when Lagos floods. Why does the conversation seem quieter when similar disasters affect communities in the South-East? Flood victims deserve empathy, practical support and serious discussion about drainage, planning and government response, regardless of region.
