Ronke Oshodi-Oke Clarifies Viral Remarks on Working With Politicians

Actress Ronke Oshodi-Oke has responded to criticism over her viral comments about associating with politicians for financial support. She said the politicians she works for have not offended her. According to her, the only incident that upset her was an issue in 2020, which she had already addressed publicly. Her earlier interview drew backlash after she asked people not to criticise her for being seen with politicians, saying she was trying to earn a living. She also said she did not want to influence Nigerians on whom to vote for.
