NAFDAC Upgrades Digital Systems Ahead of WHO Maturity Level 4 Assessment
NAFDAC has begun upgrading its regulatory systems as it prepares for the World Health Organization’s Global Benchmarking Tool assessment for Maturity Level 4. The agency received a team from SAP to support the digital transformation of its financial and procurement processes. NAFDAC says the upgrade is needed because of the wide range of products and services it regulates. The new systems are expected to improve financial management, procurement, customer service and operational efficiency. NAFDAC staff will also receive specialised training in advanced financial management and digital systems.
