Reflection on John 1:1-18: The Word Became Flesh
This passage highlights the divinity of Christ and his role in creation. It shows that the Word existed with God from the very beginning and that all things were made through him. John the Baptist was sent to bear witness to this true light. Although the world did not recognise him, those who received him and believed in his name were given the right to become children of God. Verse 14 proclaims the heart of the message: the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, revealing grace and truth through Jesus Christ.
