Davido visited his ongoing mansion project in Eko Atlantic during a livestream with Carter Efe, where construction workers welcomed him with chants of “OBO.” The singer said he bought the land for ₦2.5 billion and claimed it is now valued at about ₦7 billion. He said the planned five-floor home will have 17 rooms, a music studio and a club. Davido also said the studio will overlook his car collection through a glass view, which he believes will inspire his music-making.
