Edo Police Parade Man Over Alleged Killing of Eight-Month-Pregnant Partner

The Edo State Police Command has paraded a 40-year-old man, Samson Ekata, over the alleged killing of his eight-month-pregnant girlfriend in Uromi, Edo State. Police said the suspect allegedly mutilated the victim's body and attempted to remove the unborn baby. He reportedly told reporters that he heard a voice instructing him to kill her. The police say investigations are ongoing. Reports also indicate that a building allegedly linked to the suspect has been demolished by the Edo State Government.
