Military Aircraft Crashes Near Igbokoda in Ondo With 32 People on Board

A military aircraft carrying 25 passengers and seven crew members has crashed near the Naval Base in Igbokoda, Ondo State. The aircraft, registered as NGR 931, was travelling from Benin to Lagos when it disappeared from radar at about 9:13 a.m. Air traffic controllers raised an alert after they could not establish radio contact. The wreckage has been located, while search and rescue operations are ongoing. The aviation ministry says it is working with military authorities and will provide further updates.
