Funke Akindele Says Influencer Ignored Her Paid Promotion Request

Funke Akindele says an influencer ignored her request to create paid promotional content for her film, *Everybody Loves Jenifa*. In a recent interview, she said the influencer eventually replied that her management did not want her taking on that kind of work. Akindele said she offered to pay, but heard nothing more and later heard claims that she had blocked the influencer. The filmmaker did not name the influencer.
