NIPR President Dr. Ike Neliaku Attends Funeral of Lady Caroline Dunu in Enugwu-Ukwu
Dr. Ike Neliaku, President of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations (NIPR), joined the burial ceremony of Lady Caroline Kamemena Dunu in Enugwu-Ukwu, Njikoka LGA, Anambra State. The late Lady Dunu was 82 and mother of Prof. Ifeoma Dunu of UNIZIK 94.1fm Awka and senior lecturer in Mass Communication. Members of the NIPR Anambra Chapter and the Knights of St. John International attended in full regalia. Colleagues, staff, and students from Nnamdi Azikiwe University were on hand to support Prof. Dunu. The Catholic community of Enugwu-Ukwu also provided hospitality and prayers for all participants. On behalf of NIPR, Dr. Neliaku—represented by Dr. Ngozi Ulogu—presented a condolence package and praised the inevitable nature of death. He prayed for peace for the departed soul and strength for the family. Prof. Dunu expressed heartfelt gratitude to all who stood by her in mourning.
