Woman Who Married at 48 Welcomes Quadruplets at 50 Through IVF

Olusola Olanade has shared her journey from marrying at 48 to welcoming quadruplets at age 50 through IVF. She said she did not fear childlessness because of her faith and what she learned about her husband’s family history. Although she hoped to have children, she said she did not expect to give birth to four babies at once. Olanade said her husband first contacted her after being introduced to her, and that she prayed for direction before their relationship developed. She added that IVF does not guarantee success for everyone and said she hopes to live long enough to become a great-grandmother.
