Ngcom Network Solutions Opens Graduate Trainee Programme for Fibre-Optic Roles
Ngcom Network Solutions is recruiting entry-level trainees interested in building a career in telecommunications, fibre optics and internet connectivity. Successful candidates will support fibre-network installation, cable laying, splicing, testing, fault troubleshooting and routine maintenance under the guidance of senior technicians and engineers. Trainees will also keep field records and follow safety procedures during assignments. Applicants should have an OND, HND or bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical discipline, including engineering, telecommunications, IT, computer science or physics. Candidates with zero to one year of experience who can work in the field and are willing to learn are encouraged to apply. Qualified applicants should submit a CV by email with “Fiber Trainee” as the subject line.
