How Did You Complete Your Welding and Fabrication SIWES Logbook?

Good evening, everyone. I am an ND2 Welding and Fabrication student who recently completed a 90-day industrial training placement. My supervisor has asked for a complete logbook covering daily activities from Day 1 to Day 90, weekly summaries and technical drawings before it can be signed. I have started, but the workload is overwhelming. Please, if you have completed and submitted a Welding and Fabrication SIWES logbook before, how did you go about it? Did you write everything by hand, and can anyone share guidance or a sample format that schools accept?
