Awele Odita Tells Desola Afod to Name Those Who Disrespected Her

Actress Awele Odita has criticised Desola Afod over her comments about being disrespected by people in the Yoruba movie industry. Awele said Desola should directly name anyone who allegedly mistreated her instead of using words that could be seen as insulting the entire industry. She added that many actresses in the sector are older and deserve respect. The dispute follows earlier reactions from Wumi Toriola and other Nollywood actors, who also urged Desola to address any grievance with the individuals involved rather than generalising about practitioners.
