Army Commissions 30 Family Housing Units for Personnel in Kaduna

The Nigerian Army has commissioned 30 family accommodation units at Ribadu Cantonment in Kaduna to ease housing pressure on personnel and their families. The two-bedroom flats are intended for senior non-commissioned officers. The Chief of Army Staff said decent housing is essential to troop morale, welfare and operational effectiveness. Army authorities said similar accommodation projects are ongoing in barracks and cantonments nationwide to rehabilitate ageing facilities and support the service’s expanding operations.
