A luxury gourmet culinary and cake company in Victoria Island, Lagos, is hiring an experienced Operations and Business Performance Manager. The role is onsite, runs from Monday to Saturday with one weekday off, and offers a salary from ₦1,000,000. The successful candidate will oversee quality assurance, customer service, staff training, administration, compliance and overall operational performance. Key duties include implementing standard operating procedures, improving processes, tracking performance metrics and managing customer-service, training and administrative teams. Applicants should have at least eight years of relevant operations experience, preferably in premium bakeries, patisseries, gourmet food brands, custom cake studios, luxury hospitality or similar businesses. Experience serving high-net-worth clients, managing bespoke orders, food-safety standards and large production volumes is an advantage.
