Nollywood Stars React as Taiwo Hassan ‘Ogogo’ Is Reportedly Battling Stage 4 Cancer

Yoruba Nollywood actor Taiwo Hassan, popularly known as Ogogo, is reportedly battling stage 4 cancer, according to an emotional video shared by his daughter, Kira. She said the hospital had declined to proceed with chemotherapy and appealed for recommendations on medical or traditional treatment options. She stressed that the family was not asking the public for money. Several colleagues, including Faithia Williams, Muyiwa Ademola, Kemi Afolabi, Seyi Edun and Omowunmi Ajiboye, reacted with shock and prayers. Ogogo had previously spoken about a long-running illness that affected his ability to eat normally.
