The Sultan of Sokoto, Muhammadu Sa’ad Abubakar, has called for an immediate investigation into the reported killing of Colonel Abdur-Razaq AbdulKarim Ode, an Igbo Muslim and senior military intelligence officer. He urged the Federal Government and the Armed Forces to establish the circumstances surrounding the alleged close-range shooting at the officer’s Abuja residence and ensure anyone responsible is brought to justice.
