A Simple Skincare Guide for Men Who Are Starting Late
No one taught many of us how to care for our skin. “Wash your face” was usually the only advice, with no explanation of acne, oily skin, shaving bumps or dark spots. The first step is knowing your skin type. Oily, dry and combination skin need different routines. Avoid harsh soaps and excessive washing, as stripping your skin can make it produce even more oil. Moisturiser matters, even for oily skin. Also, resist popping pimples or picking at bumps, since this can leave more scars and dark marks. Consistent basic care can make a real difference at any age. I am not a dermatologist, but these are the lessons I wish I had learned earlier. It is never too late to start taking better care of your skin.
