Anambra Man Forced to Exhume Girlfriend He Murdered Over Pregnancy Dispute

Ifechukwu Okechukwu, 33, is accused of killing his girlfriend Chinasa, a nurse, after she refused to marry him and to terminate their pregnancy. He buried her in a shallow grave at Umusiome, Nkpor in Idemili North LGA. He then demanded ₦3 million ransom from her family before the body was discovered. A video captures the chilling moment police ordered him to exhume the grave under supervision. He is now in custody of the Anambra State Police Command.
