FGN Savings Bond Opens at 13.25% and 14.25% Annual Interest

The Debt Management Office has opened subscriptions for the November 2026 Federal Government Savings Bond. Investors can choose between a two-year bond paying 13.25% interest yearly and a three-year bond paying 14.25% yearly. The offer opened on November 2 and closes on November 6, 2026. Settlement is scheduled for November 11. The two-year bond matures on November 11, 2028, while the three-year option matures on November 11, 2029. Investment starts from ₦5,000 and can be increased in multiples of ₦1,000, up to ₦50 million. Interest will be paid quarterly, while the principal will be repaid at maturity. Interested investors can subscribe through approved stockbroking firms.
