Makinde Gives Shooting Stars Two Buses After CAF Confederation Cup Win

Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde has approved the release of two buses for Shooting Stars Sports Club (3SC): a 32-seater and an 18-seater. The support follows 3SC’s 1-0 win over Tunisia’s CS Sfaxien in the first leg of their CAF Confederation Cup preliminary-round tie. Lucky Emmanuel scored the decisive goal in the 25th minute at the MKO Abiola Sports Arena in Abeokuta. The Oluyole Warriors take a one-goal advantage into the second leg as they continue their first continental campaign in 27 years. The Oyo State Government says it will continue to support the club’s bid for continental honours.
