Cháps, a fast-growing UK-based beverage company focused on African drinks, is hiring a full-time Finance Manager to work remotely from Nigeria. The role pays ₦800,000 per month and supports a business serving hundreds of distribution points across the UK. The successful candidate will manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, reconciliations, payroll preparation, credit control, product costing, margin analysis, tax filings and month-end processes. The role also involves improving financial controls and working closely with leadership on commercial decisions. Applicants should have at least six years of financial management experience in FMCG, consumer goods, food or beverage businesses. A degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required, along with knowledge of UK tax laws, accounting platforms, financial regulations and profitability management.
