Nigerian Woman Recalls Attempt to Stop Her From Joining Husband in Europe

A Nigerian woman living in Europe has recalled how someone allegedly advised her mother-in-law not to let her husband bring her abroad. The person reportedly claimed that nurses abandon their husbands after relocating. She said the same person acted happy when her visa was approved but privately tried to change her husband’s mind. More than a decade later, she says she and her husband are still living peacefully together. She added that she later blocked the woman after receiving a friend request from her.
