Wema Bank Opens 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme for Nigerian Graduates

Wema Bank is accepting applications for its 2026 Graduate Trainee Programme, an entry-level opportunity for graduates interested in sales, relationship management and banking operations. The programme includes structured classroom training, field deployment and exposure to customer acquisition, financial products, credit assessment, retail banking, corporate banking and SME banking. Training will hold across selected regions, including the North, South-South and East, and the South-West outside Lagos. Applicants need at least a Second Class Upper degree in a business- or social science-related course, five O’Level credits including English and Mathematics, a valid NYSC discharge certificate, and up to two years of relevant experience.
