The Igbo nation is one of the three major tribes we have in Nigeria but her people behave like those from a minority tribe in Northeast. Ever since Tinubu told the President, Muhammadu Buhari, of his intention to vye for the office of the President come 2023, there have been panic amongst Igbo people - both on naijaworld and offline. The Ohanaeze Ndigbo, an apolitical and social cultural organisation, quickly reacted to the move made by Tinubu by cautioning Tinubu not to contest. Just imagine! The Igbos on naijaworld have made several threads just to spite Tinubu. With the anti-Tinubu topics I have seen so far, I begin to ask myself, did Tinubu stop Igbo people from contesting the 2023 presidential election? The Igbos have polluted every corner of the politics' section on naijaworld with their tantrums against Tinubu thereby making Tinubu declaration to be like a force that no one from another geopolitical zone in Nigeria can beat. The Igbos should know that Tinubu is going to contest and there is nothing they can do about it. If they have no politician that can rival Tinubu, they should then shut up and leave the game for those who are strong enough to battle Tinubu. Afterall, the Igbos are making it sound like they are politically inferior to the Yorubas. Since Dave Umahi declared his intention to contest for the President's seat in 2023, how many anti-Umahi posts did you see here on naijaworld? None. This is so because Southwest sees his move and ambition as inconsequential. That is how you differentiate superiors from inferiors. From a concerned South-southerner. Time to pay them in their own coin. Time to show them what sophistication is. From Edo to Cross Rivers. I love how we the South-southerners are not bothered about the politics played by the South-west. I love how the South-south(erners) is/are focusing on our game and not on what other geopolitical zones are doing. Silence is golden.
