Can Someone Dress Seductively and Still Have a Good Heart?

I believe a person’s clothing does not always reveal their character. Someone who dresses modestly can still behave badly, while someone with a revealing style may still be kind. However, I wonder whether a person with a good heart should intentionally dress in a way that is meant to seduce or attract sexual attention. Should inner values also influence how we present ourselves publicly? My view is that a good heart should be reflected in both behaviour and appearance. What do you think?
