Ecuadorian Conjoined Twin Influencers José Luis and José Armando Cevallos Die at 27

Ecuadorian conjoined twins and social media influencers José Luis and José Armando Cevallos have died following a medical emergency. They were 27. A close friend said José Luis suffered cardiac arrest and was taken to hospital with his brother. He was reportedly stabilised, but José Armando suffered a heart attack minutes later. Both brothers later died. The twins had built an online following of more than 60,000 people by sharing their everyday lives. A tribute on their social media page thanked supporters and said their joy, story and love would remain in people’s hearts.
