Rather than dwell on their doubts, David turned his attention to what God could do. We should not allow the negative opinions of others to limit our faith or purpose. When we focus only on our weaknesses, we can forget that God’s strength is made perfect in weakness. Victory may require us to move past the doubt and unbelief of those closest to us.
