Sowore Challenges Tinubu Over Blank School Records in INEC Documents
Omoyele Sowore has criticised President Bola Tinubu over the primary and secondary school sections left blank in nomination records recently published by INEC. He said the President could still pursue adult education or online learning to obtain the missing qualifications. Sowore spoke outside the Federal High Court in Abuja after proceedings in his cyberbullying case. He argued that further education is open to people at any age and referenced public figures who returned to school later in life. NADECO publicity secretary Osa Director also questioned why the documents listed Tinubu’s Chicago State University degree but did not include primary or secondary education. Tinubu’s educational history has drawn debate for years, with earlier election filings listing schools while later affidavits said some certificates were lost during his years in exile.
