I’m a 37-year-old offshore worker on leave from my company lodge. Early this morning I felt the urge to defecate and urinate at the same time. While urinating I felt a sharp pain in my penis. Afterward, I noticed blood in my urine. This has left me terrified and sleepless. I’m unmarried and childless, and now I’m worried about what this could mean. I also realized I’ve had blood in my saliva for months but didn’t take it seriously until now. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms? What steps did you take, and should I see a doctor immediately? Any guidance or personal experiences would be greatly appreciated.
