Nollywood actress Omotola Jalade Ekeinde says she has received a Social Impact Award and Lifetime Social Impact Recognition in the United States. The recognition followed her decision to donate producers’ earnings from her film, “Mother’s Love,” towards the education of children in underserved communities, including Makoko. Omotola said the support has encouraged her to keep using her work to give back to society. The actress recently returned to cinema production with “A Mother’s Love.”
