Delay Is Not Denial: Trust God’s Timing

It can be painful to wait for the things we have prayed and worked for. At times, we may feel forgotten when marriage, a good job, admission, or another breakthrough does not come quickly. Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us that God’s plans are for peace and hope. Ecclesiastes 3:1 also teaches that there is a season and time for every purpose. God may be preparing us, protecting us, or directing us towards something better. Like someone trying repeatedly to pluck mangoes, it is easy to become frustrated just before the breakthrough comes. Do not give up because of a delay. Keep trusting God, stay in fellowship through His word and prayer, and remain faithful. If you are walking in God’s will, you are not forgotten. Delay is not denial.
