Dangote Group is hiring an experienced HR Specialist to support its Head Office HR Business Partner function in Lagos. The role covers people analytics, workforce reporting, HR dashboards, SAP SuccessFactors support, workforce planning, talent reviews, compliance tracking and HR data management. Applicants should hold a relevant bachelor’s degree and have 7–10 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS management, HR analytics or reporting. Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, advanced Excel and large multi-location organisations is an advantage.
