Osimhen Scores Late Brace as Galatasaray Draw 2-2 With Newly Promoted Corum

Victor Osimhen began Galatasaray’s Turkish Super Lig title defence with two goals in a 2-2 draw against newly promoted Corum on Friday. Osimhen gave the champions the lead in the 53rd minute, but Corum responded through Alexandros Kyziridis before Jesus Ramirez put the visitors 2-1 ahead. Kyziridis was sent off in the 70th minute, and Galatasaray pressed for an equaliser. Osimhen struck again in the 90th minute to rescue a point for Galatasaray. The result comes amid reports linking the Nigerian striker with a possible move to Arsenal during the transfer window.
