Court Sets October 10 for Ruling on Nnamdi Kanu’s No-Case Submission

The Federal High Court in Abuja has adjourned Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s trial to October 10, 2025. The court will then rule on the no-case submission filed by his legal team. The adjournment follows the upcoming judicial vacation, which will pause proceedings for the court’s break. Both the defense and prosecution have already filed their written addresses in line with the judge’s directive. Kanu has been held since his 2021 rendition from Kenya. His trial continues to attract national and international attention, with many observers calling for fairness, transparency, and strict adherence to the rule of law.
