Super Falcons head coach Justin Madugu says there’s still work to do after Nigeria edged Senegal 2-1 in a friendly. Nigeria took control in the first half thanks to a penalty from Asisat Oshoala and a strike by Toni Payne. Senegal pulled one back late in the second half, setting up a tense finish. Madugu explained the friendly was designed to test tactics, evaluate players, and measure the team’s readiness ahead of WAFCON 2026 in Morocco.
