Why Does It Feel Like So Many Young People Are Dying Suddenly?
Lately, I have become unsettled whenever I hear that someone I know, or someone around my age, has died suddenly. The news seems to be coming far too often, and it is frightening. Some deaths are linked to heart problems or illnesses that seemed unnoticed. Others involve people who appeared healthy but went to sleep and never woke up. I know social media may make such cases more visible than before, but I still wonder whether something has changed. Could stress, diet, pollution, lifestyle choices, delayed medical check-ups or previously undiagnosed conditions be playing a role? With advances in medicine, why does it still feel like we are losing so many people without clear answers? I would like to hear what others think.
