Nigerian Traveller Compares Lagos and Qatar Airports, Alleges Extortion and Poor Facilities

A Nigerian traveller has criticised conditions at Lagos airport after comparing his experience with an airport in Qatar. In a video shared online, he alleged that passengers are repeatedly asked for money at different stages, from the entrance to boarding. He said airport workers should be better paid and called for stronger systems that would reduce pressure on passengers. He also contrasted the cleanliness and organisation of the Qatar airport, especially its toilets, with the facilities he encountered in Lagos. The traveller said improving airport services and working conditions would give passengers a better experience and reflect Nigeria more positively.
