Kano Hisbah Arrests 19 at Nassarawa GRA Hotel Over Alleged Immoral Activities

The Kano Hisbah Board says it arrested 19 people, including 12 women and seven men, during an operation at a hotel in Nassarawa GRA, Kano. Deputy Commander General Dr Mujahid Aminuddeen said the arrests followed allegations of immoral activities. He added that some of those detained had travelled into Kano from other states. The board also raised concerns about rooms allegedly being allocated to underage youths. Investigations are ongoing, and suspects found culpable may be charged in court, while first-time offenders could be counselled and released to their parents.
