Aiyedatiwa Presents Staff of Office to Bolorunduro’s New Monarch

Ondo State Governor Lucky Aiyedatiwa has presented the staff of office and instrument of appointment to Oba Thompson Akinyele Akinnifesi, the first Ekigbade of Bolorunduro in Ondo East Local Government Area. At the coronation ceremony, the governor urged the community’s five ruling houses to put disagreements over the selection process behind them and work together for peace and development. He also cautioned against abuse of traditional authority and boundary disputes. Oba Akinnifesi promised inclusive and peaceful leadership. He appealed for improved electricity and clean water supply, while calling on investors to consider opportunities in agriculture, tourism, real estate and industry within the community.
